Your journey begins with a direct conversation. A member of the Palermo family takes the time to understand your home’s architectural needs, budget, and long-term goals—setting up a prompt, no-obligation inspection.

We thoroughly inspect your roof, assess storm damage or structural wear, and walk you through top-tier material options (tile, standing seam metal, architectural shingles, or flat systems). You receive a detailed, transparent estimate with clear permitting timelines.

Our experienced crew executes your project with strict attention to detail and clean-site protocols. We utilize only leading, Miami-Dade County-approved materials backed by top manufacturer warranties, leaving your property spotless every afternoon.

A project isn't complete when the last tile is laid—it’s complete when you are 100% satisfied. We perform a comprehensive quality check and provide full warranty documentation for long-term protection.
